I am unable to remove this so that I can install my new anti virus program. Does anyone know how? I went to add/remove programs and get the message below. Thanks for any help!

I received the instructions below a little while ago. Norton is removed now and I installed "McAfee.

There is more than one Symantec product installed on your computer.
Can we see the names of the other programs installed on your computer?
That has got to be a way to uninstall one of the other ones, and that will allow you to uninstall that one..

In my 9+ years of using Norton products, that's the ONLY way to completely wipe your system of any Norton product. . . works very well.
