SPAM/EMAIL from own account

I have been receiving email from my own account (i.e. sending account is the same as the receiving
account). A Verizon DSL tech suggested I change my password; which I've done and I'm still getting email from my
self. This worked about as good as the word wrap on this forum. Anyone having the same problem????

I get the same thing on my DSL account. They are spoofing are own account name so it looks like we are sending e-mail to ourselves. I woundn't worry to much about it.
