Service problem

I recently moved and keep my old telephone number.  I previously had dsl service and reordered or forwarded it on Nov 13th,

On Nov 24 I still was without dsl service.  I called and was told the start date for dsl was 12/4. 

On 12/4 I was told start date was 12/8.

This is getting old and on one cares

Your webpage says: In most cases, Verizon High Speed Internet service is active five business days after you place your order.

It has been 25 days and still no dsl and all someone has to do is flip a switch since I have a phone line.

This is getting old and I keep calling but nobody cares.

I have a modem.  I have a phone.  What does it take to turn the service on.

I understand what you are going through.  I signed up for DSL on November 16th......I still do not have DSL as of December 7th.  I've made countless phone calls to Verizon and have gotten no where.  I was scheduled to have a tech come out and get my DSL going last Friday.....they never showed up and after about 5 phone calls later I was told that they had fixed the problem and did not need to show up.

The problem still remains.

it's like Verizon is scared to send a service technician out to actually assist their customers.  Worse customer service ever!!!
