I recently upgraded my plans from Mbps to 4-Mbps. The speed went up to Mbps so after 2 weeks,I called Verizon and they sent technician. He came in, worked on main box and speed is now Mbps. There are so many unhappy DSL customers and recently 3 of my friends switched to comcast. I hope Verizon can fix it so I don't have to leave the company that has served me for 10 years. please fix it!
Let's see if there is a physical issue with the line first of all. If you tell us which modem you are currently using, and any routers if you have one, we can obtain the modem Transceiver Statistics that will tell us the current state of your line.
