Slow speed and constant connection lost issues

I have the dsl high speed 3 mbps to 7 mbps package and keep having issues with my service.

I was getting around 5 mbps with my connection after calling about my speed being too slow and they were able to increase the amount i received. The issue is lately I have been lucky to receive 3mbps. Typically i am getting around 1.8 mbps to 2.4 mbps and i cant seem to stay connected for more than a half hour at a time.

I recently replaced the telephone wire from the box to my apartment along with purchasing a new modem from verizon. I dont know what else to do to fix this issue as every time i call verizon support they run a test and say they dont see any issues with.the line.
Also, incase anyone is wondering this slow speed and constant drops was an issue even before i was given more speed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been dealing with this issue for a while now.

Hi jtate1980,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
