Hi! I just had my DSL account set up 2 days ago, and when the tech was at my house he said my line would definitely qualify for the 3.1-7 Mbps tier, however I am only provisioned for 3. My modem stats definitely will support a higher speed: Downstream Speed: 3360 Kbps Upstream Speed: 859 Kbps SNR Downstream : 30 dB SNR Upstream : 23 dB Attenuation Downstream : 30 dB Attenuation Upstream : 15 dB Power Downstream 0 dBm Power Upstream 10.7 dBm How do I go about getting my speed bumped up? I believe there is a problem with the database stating what's available at my location. Thanks.
