VZ In-Home Agent is a tool that helps you setup and troubleshoot your High-speed Internet (DSL). This tool is simple, easy-to-use and has information about various features of your High-speed Internet (DSL) services along with quick fixes for many common problems. The best part of this tool is that it automatically identifies your services and provides customized help, eliminating the need to wait for an agent.

VZ In-Home Agent assists with fixing internet connectivity issues, setting up your wireless Internet connection, helps with setting up and restoring Verizon Email accounts, retrieving your wireless network's SSID and WEP encryption key, helps with Router Reset/Reboot and provides information about your home network and other Verizon services.

Just download and install VZ In-Home Agent from http://www.verizon.com/connect/
