Two Buildings. 1 Needs Wifi

I'm asking this question about my work place.

We have 3 phone lines that come into our office. The first line is the one that carries our DSL signal I believe. We have another building about 75 yards from the first one. The wifi signal barely reaches the front door of this building. The third line that runs into the main office also runs into the building that's 75 yards away.

What is the best way to get wifi into this building?

If our phone system were to be changed and Line 1 were to run into the second building, could we setup a router down there?

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated! I've tried actually talking to someone from Verizon on the phone twice about it and they don't seem to fully address the situation.

You can either order DSL on the line in the other building and set that up with wifi or you can look for a directional wifi antenna to be installed at the first building and aimed at the building that needs wifi. I think you are too far to run ethernet cable between the buildings.
