UM150 internet access

I live in a rural area in a 3-level house with computers at each level. The UM150 works fine on the upper two levels, but not on the lowest. Is there a simple router or some such device which will enable me to plug the device in upstairs and get internet access on the lowest level? What would you recommend?

How about getting a second router, and turning it into a Switch/Hub/Wap:
