You can always try to do it the old fashioned way...calling your local business office to order it. Sounds like it will be faster than calling the eCenter to get tem to figure out what is wrong with you My Verizon account.
Are you sure you are qualified to receive dsl service at your location? Did you do the check to see if it's available? If you're not loop qualified, that might be your problem.
