Upgrading to a Faster Speed - How?

Message 1 of 2

All I want to know is how much it will cost to move up to the next fastest level of High Speed Internet.  The website tries to sell me a triple-play package and I cannot find anywhere on the site where it will let me order or price an upgrade in internet speed only.  I am a Double-play customer with phone and internet, and any info is appreciated.  This website has got to be the worst in all of telecom.

The "1.1Mbps to 15Mbps" plan will run at least $42/m for just the Internet portion. If you already have the 3Mbps speed, you're already paying for the top package.

Verizon doesn't sell Dry Loop DSL anymore, so unfortunately yes, that pricing is very hard to find now.

The next level up from DSL if you're already on "HSI Enhanced" is Verizon FiOS, if it is available to you. If not, then Cable Internet, if it is available to you.
