My internet DSL speed is slow. I can use my cell phone to get my emails!
Now they won't allow me to increase the speed so I can VIEW INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS, NEWS, MOVIES, ETC
SO I AM STUCK IN A CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OFFER THE PRODUCT I NEED
AT&T AND DIRECTV ARE OFFERING THE SAME PACKAGE AS MINE FOR HALF THE PRICE.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE FEE IS FOR LEAVING CONTRACT EARLY?

Welcome to the forums. You're talking to other customers here.
DSL has a maximum speed that is set by the length of the wire from the central office to your home. The longer the wire, the slower the DSL. You didn't say what speed you have so I've no way of knowing if you're anywhere near a maximum.
Sometimes the ETF is $240 for a 2-year contract and it's prorated $10 each month. However, I've no idea what your terms are. You''ll need to refer to the contract you signed.
Good Luck.
