Please help me how to return Verizon DSL equipment without spending my money.
I had used Verizon FIOS more than 3 years.
I moved to other house in same State (New Jersey).
On moving out day, I contacted customer service to stop service. And a agent said that Verizon would send a returning box to my new address for returning set top box, modem, etc of Verizon FIOS. (It was really hard to reach customer service to stop service. Thus, I was forced to choose continue service in new location. I hate it.)
Verizon Never Send a returning box.
But, Verizon send a guy for new service (DSL) to my new house. rediculous.
It was bad.... I found that DSL connection was not good.
After 3 days, I called Verizon to disconnect it.
And.... another agent said that she would send a returning box. But, it never happened.
Instead, I got an email that I would be chardged for equipments a few days ago.
To sum up my story. Between each step, I made phone calls to customer serivce (moer than 40 mins every time). And I got answer "All Set" from agents in the end of every calls.
1) Disconnect Fios of old address
2) NO returning box
3) A guy for new Verizon Service (DSL) to new address
4) I called to disconnect DSL service.
5) NO returning box
6) I stopped by local office. They only accept FIOS equipments. I had to bring back DSL modem to home.
7) Still, I have DSL modem with email of warning for extra charges
8) I made last phone call and Verizon promised returning box for equipments. (I strongly doubt it).
Is there any local office to return Verizon DSL modem?
Is there any way to return it without losing my money?
My area is Marlton, NJ 08053
Thank you in advance.

Sorry you are having difficulty returning your equipment. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
