We have been having alot of problems with VISS. Originally we couldn't get it to download and was eventually done by remote access. Somewhere along the line we ended up wth a virus, malware or spyware, I am not sure which. When trying to open VISS there is an error message that IWindows cannot access the specified path, or file, you migh not have the appropriate permissions to access them". This is now happening with any Virus protection and if I try to run a malware program it only makes it so far and closes. I uninstalled VISS and cannot reinstall. Any help would really be appreciated.
