I have been a Mac user with Verizon internet for about seven years. Verizon used to have a number for Mac tech support but when I called it last month I found it it to be discontinued. On their regular number, the tech said they all now handle both Windows and Mac. Not good. The tech was in the Philippines. He obviously did not know the Mac as he had to refer to both manuals and another person for assistance. The issue was simple, but was not taken care of and is still not resolved.
