How do you call customer service? The only optiopn I see is this forum page, not much help.

1-800-verizon doesn't help if you don't have their wireless service.  Can't get through to anyone 😞

1-800-922-0204 is Verizon wireless.

1-800-VERIZON is the new catch all number. For Fios, and wireless. You simply need to wait for the prompts. They will say wireless, phone, internet but you have to wait for the correct button to push.
