My problem is with the "verify change" page appearing everytime I sign on or when I want to view my bill. I was told by Verizon that others were experiencing the same issue. If so, did you get it resolved? Thankfully despite the detour to the "verify change page" (by the way, I never made or authorized any changes) every time I sign on, I can return to the HOME page by clicking on the ICON. Not so lucky with the VIEW BILL however. It has been over a week and I still cannot access that page, each time I try resulting in a return to that "verify change" page, and still no follow up from Verizon about it. Sometimes I wonder if Verizon is focusing on their more expensive services and leaving those of us on their regular DSL and landline phone service as low priority, as this is not the first time I have been left waiting for something to be resolved by them. The Tech who first assisted me (Rakesh, I think his name was) tried to help, but after following up with me the following day & connecting me to Verizon's main Tech Service unit - and after a talk with the person there, nothing, only that they would work on it.

If you are using a shortcut or favorite to get to my verizon, try creating a new one and using it. ALso if your password is stored (the 2 week option) clear it, ( I ALWAYS recommend against savring passwords)
Clear all browsing history (AKA internet Cache) - Note you will lose any stored password for other sites.
If this does not help and there are no more details available about the error, Change your password to the site.
