Westell 327W VPN Connection Problems

I am trying to connect with my work computer via a VPN connection and keep getting an Error 734 "The PPP link control protocol was terminated."

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I have solvedc the problem.

The host firewall would not allow access since my username on the host had only small caps and in the login name on the connection I had caps on some letters.  I changed all letters to small caps and problem solved.
