Westell 6100 no internet light

All of a sudden today my internet started dropping out. The first time, i unplugged the modem and plugged back in, and rebooted without issue. When i dropped out again however, it will not restart. my first attempt this time left the modem with a SOLID RED power light. so i unplugged and let it sit for 10 minutes or so and plugged back in. now it will boot up fine but the internet light never comes on. It is NOT blinking or red, it just isn't on at all.

Is DSL light flashing green/red or solid green?
