I have a very old Westell 6100 modem.  It works and I am seeking advice on whether I should be using something more modern.  I have to reset the modem maybe one ever 3 months usually due to an outage or something with held from tech support.  Oh lastly I had the worst experience with tech support yesterday was on the phone almost 30 minutes to get told that a supervisor would be calling me back within 2 days.  I immediately called back and got a tech who was alble to help me with 10 minutes solve my issue....
