Those statistics are ok, but are not ideal. You're not syncing at the correct speed, on either the download or the upload due to distance/noise, but you are close to the proper rates. Transmit power is high and noise margins are low, so the line might be more prone to noise/interference. If you have access to a NID, you could see if the statistics are better out at the NID.
