Where to get firmware update to versalink 327W?

How do I get a firmware update or upgrade on my VersaLink B90-327W15-06?

 

I tried the firmware page on teh router but I keep getting a cannot connect to server  error.

I follwoed that link and it downloads a file with extension "UPG".  XP doesn't know what program is needed to run that file when I double-click on it after download.

#1 You did save the file to your hard drive?

If not, please download and save it. You will be needing it latter on...

#2 Does the screens of your router look like this guide:

Please note: As this time, just look at the guide. Do not follow those directions in the guide.

#3 If it does look like guide, good 🙂

I see what is under Configuration, as shown in that guide.

#4 What is shown under Status, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting?

As need be, show a screen shot.
