Where to view dry loop Internet DSL bill?

Message 1 of 3

I have dry loop DSL Internet service and have yet to delete/cancel my phone line account. The phone line is no longer being used and the bill is still accessible online for viewing. I am unable to located the DSL Internet invoice/billing portion online.  The DSL is being billed seperate although it's not been charged to my credit card yet.

Anyone have some insight to this?

It's been my experience so far on this message board that perhaps I'm asking questions that this community can not answer. No one knows about the tone on my dry loop line either.....

Hi RudeKitty...Is it that you can't find it? I know the data portion of our bill can be found on verizon.net. However, am I not sure if  you are saying you haven't even gotten a hard copy bill? Please fill out this form so I can check on this billing for you. The tone you are hearing on your dry loop is coming from where? https://www98.verizon.com/content/verizonsupport/

I am unable to locate the DSL portion of my service. I see the phone part which is supposed to go away as I do not have phone.

I finally did see the DSL invoice bill through the Verizon/Yahoo page.

So I think I figured that part out.

The tone was from when plugging in a regular phone into a phone jack at the wall. It was my understanding when phone service is discontinued that the line would be 'dead' for phone stuff but 'live' with the dry loop DSL service.
I had already submitted a support question ticket a couple of weeks ago on this question but have not gotten a reply back on it. I do not see a point to submitting the same question a second time.
