Why should I renew with Verizon?

Was having problems with my internet connection. After taking my laptop to a friend accross town I was convinced the problem was with Verizon in some form.

When I got home I issued a service problem with the online agent. WELL!! The first thing tried was tell me to upgrade my router for almost 100 bucks. I said no way then was offered a discount at almost $75. I still said no.  Then it was suggested I upgrade my service for 10-15 bucks a month. Then I really got mad!!!!^*%(&$#.

I said everything worked fine the day before now I have to upgrade because Verizons equipment is faulty?

After all this they finally forwarded my complaint to a tech. Short story is after a day or so things worked again!!!!!!

Now I managed to capture all the above to prove I'm not full of it!!!!

IMO Verizon's customer service is no better than the complaints we've read about Comcast!!

Ya ya ya I can hear the rebultal now. This is not the place for this. Well then who do I/we complain to so this issue doesnt happen again??? GEZ

So why should I renew with Verzion? So I can be sorry again?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
