I have dsl  and the bundle package for direct tv, high speed internet and phone.  Well i got a new laptop and it has Wi Fi  in it , how do i connect it so i can use it on line?  do i have Wi Fi ... how do i find out... been on hold for 2 hours and still no human to speak to.
