I recently purchased a Inspiron 1750 Laptop Computer with Windows 7, but I'm unable to install or even register to the Wi-Fi Service through Verizon. I was initially told when I signed up for service that wi-fi would be available to me but it is not.

The Verizon wireless service is not yet available everywhere. The following link will show you if it is available in your location.

Even if wi-fi is not availible shouldn't you be able to down load the software so you can use your laptop where wi-fi is availible?

Let me make my problem clear. When I try to register for the wi-fi service, it tells me that it is available to me. The problem comes when I try to download the software. There is an error message that tells me that my operating system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. However, I'm using windows 7. Windows 7 is on the list of required operating systems. So what's the problem?
