activation problem

I had my computer reformated so, I'm trying to reinstall the verizon software for the westell 6100 modem. everything seems to go fine until I get to the activation screen then it goes blank with with "file could not be found" or something like that. I tried using the activation program from verizon online and this is what I get.....
