congestion problem?

the verizon network tech said they gonna change my equipment to a less congested box? what is the box or whatever that thing is called again? i forgot ahah help?

Router, switch, trunk, DSLAM, circuit, SLC, pick any term or more than a few 🙂

Were they able to solve the congestion issue for you at all?

oh thanks big boy! uhhh no i stalled them from doing soo ahaha 😛 thats why i need the term cause i need to call verizon to tell them to doo it cause i didnt want my connection to go down yesterday
