We are right back to where we were two months ago. My internet keeps going out for 2-5 min then reconnects. It is very annoying considering that I am supposed to have express service. WHEN IS VEIZON going to fix our internt?

Does this happen on wired and wireless conncetions? Also please post (or link) what was done 2 months back. It would also help to see your transceiver stats, if you need guidance logging into your modem and getting this info please let us know.

Do you have a landline running on the same line as your DSL connection, and does it have static? How do the modem Transceiver Statistics look? If you don't know how to get this info, just tell us the make and model of your modem.
If you've worked on getting your Verizon service fixed in the past before it broke again, get back on the phone and work with them a bit more. If the problem is intermittent, it's going to be more difficult to spot. Again, if you have static on your phone line, call Verizon voice repair first. When the voice service is fixed and clear, call DSL Support next if the line is still dropping.

The last round Verison uphgraded me to their next level dsl. Same one they disables last year because where we lived that could not provide that service. I have made so many calls to Verizon re the poor connections. Basically I live someplace that DSL is nit much faster than dial up. I live 50 miles from Washington DC but where we are Verizon considers too remote to provide decent service. My son lives outside Charlestown WV in a ver rural part of the state yet he has access to a wide range of provider and service. We just live in a timy pocket of the state that all provider choose to ignor. The DSL is on a dedicated phone line there is no phone connected to that line. I just need to move out of the State of MD to someplace with a choice of providers and not where there is one provider.

Hi cindy1212,
You had a private support case on this issue that has been closed. Would you like the case to be reopened so that you can work with the agent on the current issues you are having?
