how do I eliminate the following message" Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

I am constantly getting a notepad message pop up.  Here it is

"Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell") WshShell.Run chr(34) & "C:\Program Files (x86)\Verizon\IHA_MessageCenter\Temp\Start_SVC.bat" & Chr(34), 0 Set WshShell = Nothing 

  I also get a message pop up that I have timed out .  How do I eliminate this.  Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that error is associated with Verizon in home agent. First try removing or repairing the program. If you want to use it try downloading and install version 8.03.54 (latest I believe) from here http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/inhomeagent?CMP=EMC-CONS09008
