I am having nothing but problems with internet connection.. It keeps dropping off for no reason..It has taken me over an hour of shutting the motem of, waiting and turning it back on and when I get the conection it drops off again..I'm had Verizon internet for over 10 years, it will be good one day and terrible the next..The cost keeps going up and the service keeps going down..They keep saying FIOS Internet, but we don't have FIOS in my area and according to Verizon we never will..I've been a customer of Verizon before it was ever called Verizon, I date back to the old Ma Bell days, and the service has just started going down..
Do you have a landline tied with your DSL? Any Static or buzzing noises on the phone when the DSL is acting up? What modem do you currently use, specifically the model?
