wooot smith. it took me the third billing representative but they finally gave me 1 mbps for the same price i was paying. She said the speed will be effective starting march 14th. 1 mbps may not be much but its more then 768. lol thanks smith.
Sounds good. Once the speed change goes in effect, let us know how the Internet works, especially with the PS3. If all is smoother, we'll bump the line to FastPath.
