Hello, very recently (with in the past two days) I have been experiencing some bad latency, or I assume it is what every one is talking about. I have a new Westell router that verizon gave us when we upgraded to high speed pritty recently. I ran a tracert verizon.com and got the following

I am a novince at best when it comes to this stuff learning as i go but from what i understand this issues ping # 2 is with the router in my immediate area. I noticed it happening over the weekend and before that things were normal. It wasn't till tonight that getting into an online match on x-box live for Call of Duty became impossible and my internet was running slower than normal. I decided to look into it and I hope you can help me out. I know we have some unusually high winds tonight but I doubt that has anything to do with it. I will continue running tracert and keep you up dated. If it continues i will contact verizon by phone if neccessary. Thanks.

ok an update from this morning and some aditional info from my router....
the tracert to verizon.com is the same type of speeds as posted above. when i get back to work i will post more about my router spec but i got work now.
