I have had Verizon DSL for quite a while but am unable to send a help question by e-mail and get an answer. The onloy recourse is to wait interminably for a turn on the phone. has anyone had any luck getting help by e-mail?
I am trying to use Verizon Webmail but have difficulties. Also cant set up secondary e-mail acct.

Please describe what happens when you try to email for technical assistance. Perhaps then, one of our users can respond with some suggestions.
I have had repeated replys when using CONTACT US in the SUPPORT section.
