I must be experiencing the same problem.  I'm not going to get into any technical know how because paying this much for access to the internet we should never be talking about this.  For me when I'm watching a you tube video it stops before the first minute.  It buffers, well if buffers the next 5 to 10 seconds,   take about twenty seconds to start up again and then continues like this throughout.  The experience is horrible.  I love paying 500 a month for internet, tv and cell phones.  It's great isn't it.  6 grand a year and you want smooth video streaming come on.  Rent a DVD like we do.    Hey I get spell check for this post all for 6 grand.  Its a bargain.
