verizon favorites

When I click on verizon favories, then organize favorites, the screen goes to msn favorites and says "loading..........." but nothing happens. The screen has my msn username on it, not my verizon username. I'm new at this so I don't know if this discription is good enough, or not. As my name says, I need help. Thanks.

Sorry but that did not answer my problem. Once I click on "organize favorites" it changes from "verizon with msn" to msn organize favorites with "loading.............." on the screen and just stays there. Thanks for trying.

Try clearing all IE browser cookies first.

I tried clearing all cookies in IE but I still have the problem.  Verizon with MSN works with MSN explorer, would that make any difference? Thank You.
