Most likely the user name and password was changed. Please enter in the current user name and password.
If for any reason you have no idea of what the user name and password is, reset the router as need be.
As how to reset most routers, is.. Press and hold the reset switch as you turn off and turn on the power to the router..
If you keep on getting locked out the router, you may have some sort of security issue.
