this was part of my email received at 9:07 am pacific daylight time: "This message is a notification from your Verizon Home Monitoring and Control Service.

Time: 12:07 PM, Tuesday, May 6, 2014 (EST)"

shouldn't it say "This message is a notification from your Verizon Home Monitoring and Control Service.

Time: 12:07 PM, Tuesday, May 6, 2014 (EDT)" ???

OR EVEN BETTER "Time: 9:07 AM, Tuesday, May 6, 2014 (PDT) ???

it seems verizon doesn't quite know how to handle the spring forward/ fall back change within the HMC environment

If that's the only problem you are having with VHM&C, count yourself lucky!
