Home monitoring box arrived last Friday.Have been on the phone way to many times and also to long and Gate way will not communicate with verizon and they tell me they do not know when the problem will be fixed but they are working on it but possibly not on my problem. The clock ist ticking for a send back. Is this system really worth it?
On perhaps the 5th call to Verizon I got a tech who really knew what he was doing (he must have the system at home himself). God I wish I could record my phone calls on my iPhone. This guy cut through all the **bleep** of the online user interface and we had all my cameras, lights switches, and door sensors working in no time. I wish all the verizon techs would get on the same page and really learn the system they are supposed to be able to trouble-shoot.
