Gateway not responding - need to reset all zwave devices

Out of nowhere, my gateway will not respond. I can login using the app on my iphone, on the computer or with the tv but when I try and turn lights on or off, it wont let me. It wont shot my thermostat either. 

 

I think the gateway is dead. If this is so, then there is no way for me to reset my zwave devices because you need the primary controller to remove them from the network in order to allow them to be used on a new network.

 

Someone help.

Most likely it is not you, it's the currect issue that Verizon is having. See my many posts in the following thread:

Call tech support at 866-785-8153 (direct line to VHM&C) and report your problem. Please post back here when you know what's happening.

OK and its fixed. What we did.

 

1. Unplugged gateway for 12 hours. 

2. Plugged back in and let sit for an hour.

3. logged in on phone and it worked. 

4. Deactivated all of the devices on the account.

5. cancelled the account.

 

Moved all devices to IRIS and works flawlessly!!!!
