Help with Mode - How to check door status at certain time and send SMS if open?

I just put a Door & Window sensor on my garage door. I can easily check the status of my garage door by peeking at my iPhone in bed if I feel like I left the door open.

But how do I run a job every night at say 10PM to check if the door stats is closed and if open send an SMS?
