When I first set up my Home Monitoring camera, I Was able to set up a movement trip to receord area and the camera would record 30-second bits of video. Something has been updated of changed in some fashion that the camera no longer records automatically. I have tried deleting the original set-up and setting it up again, and to no avail, no recording.
Any help or suggestions?

- Make sure that in the Camera's motion is on.
- Uncheck the "Motion Detected" option boxes under the "Notification" tab.
- Save your settings.
- Create a Mode for that camera.
- Select a Trigger and an Action.
- Select a Mode Type.
- Check the box under "Notification Settings", email or text.
- Save the Mode.
That should be it.
If it is still giving you trouble, turn off the gateway, wait five (5) minutes and turn it back on. It will take a few minutes to reboot (just 5 to 10 minutes). Then see if it works.
If all of this fails, call Verizon HM&C Tech Support.
