After contacting FCC regarding Verizon 's failure to notify us and failure to continue the full functionality of the product, I was contacted by Verizon Executive office

Do tell.  I wrote a post about Verizons lack of support and what we should do.  I would be interested in hearing about your contact with the FCC and Verizons management.
