Ok.. nice run for a couple of weeks.. .BUT i guess that hinky server has not been fixed... TONS of emails saying the camera's are Recording.. BUT again.. nothing shows up on the server.... SO.. whats the deal VERIZON.. can we either make it work or just Junk the whole idea.. I mean really, its time to start paying the subscribers for our R & D....

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you setting up a service call but honestly, this is not a unique problem. If you read all the comments on thsi forum you will see that it is an issue with many of your subscibers. I have been on the phone with Support more than i would like to remember. I have had my problem escalated and waited 3 days to hear back from a HOME MONITORING EXPERT. I am not going to sit on the phone again and go thru the same procedures. I can do it in my sleep now. THE PROBLEM LIES with your SERVER. "WE ARE HAVING SERVER ISSUES" is what I always hear. I have powered down, powered up, reset, re paired you name it.... It is a system as i have said in posts before that is very cool in concept but fails miseralby in execution. This issue has been discussed on this forum for months... and still it persist. Verizonhas no shame in promotting it as a system that will bring saftey and peace of mind to the consumer when all it does is cause frustration for many of us out here. I would love at this point be able to box it all up and get a full refund.
Again I thank you for your reply, I appreciate the fact that someone is actually reading the posts in the forum. Now if only we can get some results from your people back manning the racks in the sever room.
