I need to save some of the recordings that we have for possible litigation against our neighbor. We definitely need them for the apartment manager. Is there a way that I can download these to my desktop/laptop or save these recordings to a computer disk? Thanks.

Unfortunetly, the answer is no. The videos are stored at Verizon and they will not release any video without a court order.
You will just have to play the video on one device and record it with another. Or, I'm sure there are apps which will record the video as it is playing.
