Verizon is organizing a voluntary community of Home Monitoring and Control customers to try out ideas for cool new features and functionality and to hear your suggestions on how to make the service work better for you. We promise not to take up much of your time. Most often, we'll ask you to respond to short online surveys or we may ask you to participate in 1-hour long usability studies or, in some cases, customer beta trials. You could be eligible to receive a cash incentive if you come into our labs and interact with the HMC system for an hour.
