My monitoring system was working great. The ability to monitor via iPhone is essential. I noticed the app had an update so I installed it on my iPhone. It The Verizon app asked I sign in again. Nothing unusual. My DVD app asked the same thing when updated. Unfortunately the login process does not work. It says the ID or PW are incorrect. YET I still get text alerts from my camera. I cannot sign in on the iPhone but I can via laptop. Anyone else have this issue?
I did power cycle the phone a few times. I also installed and reinstalled the app. No success.
