I set my settings to get text messages from home control but its not working what do I do to fix that?
Have you verified that your mobile telephone number is entered correctly on the "Settings" link of the web application's "Notifications" tab: https://www22.verizon.com/HomeControl/Members/MonitorHomePage.aspx#notifications
If this is entered correctly, verify that the desired notification settings are provided for each eligible device on the bottom portion of the same "Settings" section of the Notifications tab.
