Pan and Tilt LED lights stopped working. This has happened before and they came back on. Now they have been out for over a week. Has Verizon disabled this function? After spending 160.00 for these cameras one would think options would work when needed. The Verizon HMC services needs a total upgrade due to it being so unreliable. Too many problems.Fixes take too long...would never recommend this service to anyone.

Have you called support about this? If so, what did they say?
