Ok.. just want to keep a log of the insanity..... Even though I said I would not waste my time with Tech support I caved.. AND  Once again on the phone with them  for 45 + minutes and basically I am still without up to date recordings.........I get notiifications but the recordings do not show up.. IF they show up till hours later......WE Reset the Gateway remotely... Nothing..... so he  Escalated my issue to the "SUPER TECH SUPPORT"    ! Whatever... but I asked how long till i hear back...,i knew what he answer would be but for my amusement had to hear it .... Guess What... ,, he could not tell me... but says they are a bit backed up.... WOW SURPRISED......  i know with any tech roll out there are some bugs and those of us who jump on the wagon first usualy bare the brunt of those bugs.  BUT come on.. this has been an on going intermittent problem for Months and still not rectified.........
